Shipping Guide

We ship via USPS.

**All orders require 2-3 business days to process.** We need this to create your personalized design, and hand pack your custom purchase. ​

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. 

*Additional delays may occur for orders placed on/around national holidays. Shipping carrier is determined by weight, you will receive a tracking number so you can check in on your order status!*
**If you entered the wrong address, we are not liable for the package. Email us immediately.**

Custom orders are final. But if you have feedback or issues, please let us know.

Any item that has not been customized – If you are not happy with your product we will accept the item back for a refund or exchange within 10 DAYS of receipt (the item MUST be postmarked within the 10-day timeframe). The item must be unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition to qualify for a return. We CANNOT exchange nor refund after this period under any circumstance.

Please note return shipping charges are not covered – that is the liability of the client when returning the item.

We will work with you to get another box out ASAP.

**Additional fees apply when the gift is returned to the sender. To send the box back out, we charge new shipping fees along with handling/crafting fee. **

Absolutely not! Majority of our orders are gifts; we do not include receipts or invoices with any of our items.

You will receive an e-mail with your order information and receipt.

In this case, you would need to reach out to USPS. Get all the information you can from them, including where it was left, who it was given too, etc.

Next, shoot us an email with your order number . We will work on our end to figure out what went wrong. We want to ensure all of our customers are happy, however once the box leaves our warehouse, we rely on USPS to ship it safely.

If you’ve just ordered – send an e-mail ASAP. Please include your order number and the new, updated address.

If your order has already been shipped – please contact USPS and trying to solve it with them. We are not responsible for incorrect address, so please ensure your information is correct. If the item is sent back to us, we will be more than happy to re-ship with a fee of $5.

Unfortunately, no. We do not have our own delivery service, which means we’re limited on all the same-day delivery stuff.
